The Oneota Film Festival is the child of a small, dedicated group that includes representatives of host Luther College, primary sponsor Seed Savers Exchange, the Decorah Public Library and local film enthusiasts who have formed a non-profit corporation for the sole purpose of producing the Festival. Ruth Jenkins has been contracted as the Director. You can email Ruth or call Ruth on 319 504 5128.

A number of other on-campus individuals are participating enthusiastically, and numerous community individuals and businesses are supporting the festival with their hours, as sponsors and with their financial resources.

Special thanks to the Decorah Regional Arts Council for acting as fiscal agent for the Festival so that all contributions are tax deductible, and to all of our sponsors. This Festival would not exist without your kind and generous support.

Our sincere thanks to everyone who is participating to make this first year effort a success.
