Synopsis

Origin is a short montage film about a Norwegian farmer who immigrated to the U.S. near the turn of the twentieth century. Near the end of his life, he reaches out to his dead wife to confess his dalliance as a young man with a huldra (a feminine spirit of the forest who lures men away from their betrothed.) Based on a script by Liz Bucheit. CC *Includes nudity
